And we refuse to do it.

The Person Behind Brystone
I started Brystone because I watched too many families go through the hardest seasons of their lives feeling like just another file number. When someone you love needs help at home — especially when dementia is involved — you need more than a schedule and a checklist. You need someone who actually shows up, remembers the little things, and treats your family like their own.
That is why Brystone is intentionally small. I would rather do right by three families than do "fine" by thirty. Every caregiver we bring on is someone I would trust in my own home, with my own parents. This is not a franchise. It never will be. This is personal — because it has to be.
